Meet Michaela
Michaela is one of our former lab managers for the BRAINLab (2018-2020). Michaela obtained her B.A. in Philosophy-Neuroscience-Psychology from Washington University in St. Louis (2018). Her projects at the time centered on exploring the role of genetics, inflammatory cytokines, and stressful life events to elucidate the biological mechanisms underlying the development and progression of psychopathology.
Michaela’s roles in the lab included training compliance specialist, lab safety officer, phlebotomist, purchasing/receiving, website administrator, server administrator, biomarker assay specialist, and general problem-solver.
